Dr. Blouch specializes in research and implementation of workplace practices that promote employee whole self; building healthy organizational cultures; and strengths-based approaches to leadership development, team building, and employee engagement.
Her interdisciplinary background includes a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Pennsylvania State University, a Master’s in Training and Development, and a BA in Psychology. She is a Pennsylvania native, enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 kids, being outdoors, and saving feral cats!

Dr. Hurlbutt specializes in research and implementation related to employee engagement, leadership development, and organization structure and design.
Dr. Hurlbutt received her Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s in Organizational Development and Change, and a BA in Music.
Nicole lives in Pennsylvania with her husband and daughter, and enjoys music, crafts, and her two dogs.
